Navigating EasyWeb


(info) The menu on the left side is a two-step menu. The green menu is the main navigation. Clicking on a certain entry does open the secondary, white menu for further navigation. Also, depending on which features are activated, the number of entries within the main menu can vary.

Top bar overview


aHide or show left-side menu.

Profile settings

  • In order to access the profile settings, click on your profile name within the top bar (see "b" above) and click on "Profile".
  • Click on "b" in order to open your profile page.

aClick here in order to reset your password.

Settings and tools menu


aClick here to open the menu.

bAccess user management.
cAccesss user permission settings.
dCheck user logs.
eCheck which EasyWeb modules are activated.

User management



Here you can view, delete or access all users

Here you can add a new user.

This will not set any permissions for the user. Set these separately.

Permission settings



Click on a user in order to set permissions.

You'll have to create a user within the user management in order to be able to set a permission before.


Check any box in order to give access.

Only give Admininstrator access to people you trust and need access to user management, etc. A normal EasyWeb User will still be able to access and edit pages etc.
