This page will show you how to add or edit a page.

Page overview

aHere you can search for a page. Start to enter the desired page name. The list will filter automatically.
bThis is the page title. Click on the arrows next to TITLE in order to sort the pages according to their names.
cThe last time a page was edited, The pages can also be sorted according to the date,

Click here in order to edit the content of a page. 

(warning)  Please note that you'll have to edit the content of a page separately for every language version.

fHere you can change the order of pages within a collection. See here for more infos about collections.
gClone an existing page.

Edit page title, mark page as collection and assign a page to another collection. See here for more infos.

Delete page. 

(warning)  Deleting pages cannot be undone! Deletion is permanent.

Create a new page

  • Click on Create Page in the top left corner.

  • A pop-up window will open. Here you can define the page title, mark it as a collection or assign it to an existing one. More details about this window are explained here. It's the exact same windows that does pop up when editing the page title etc., as seen here.
  • When your are done, click on Create. An empty new page will be created

  • Click on the page edit button. See here.

Goes back to the page overview. 

(warning)  Make sure to save your page edits before leaving the page!

Save changes.

(warning)  No changes are saved automatically. All changes must be saved.

Here you can edit the actual code of the page.

(warning)  Only recommended for advanced users! Everybody else should use the visual editor, explained below!

Page change history. Access older versions of the current page. This can be helpful when something did go very wrong while editing. But please be very careful with this and use it only as a very last resort.

Clone from another language version of the same page. This is very useful when you plan to create a translation of an existing page.

Edit Meta data

This is the slug. A slug is the part of a URL which identifies a particular page on a website in an easy to read form. In other words, it’s the nice part of the URL, which explains the page’s content. The slug is created automatically with the page tittle.

Page title. The title should be descriptionary for the content. E.g. a contact page should be called "contact". Besides the slug being created out of it, it's also the title that appears as a tab title inside the browser. Everybody accessing your page will see this title!

Here you can add a description of the page. If the page is correctly indexed on Google, etc.; this will also be seen public.

SEO description. It summarizes a page’s content. Search engines show the meta description in search results mostly when the searched-for phrase is within the description, so optimizing the meta description is crucial for on-page SEO.

gIf allowed, the page can be publicly found and is indexed. If you are still working on a page and nobody yet should see it, uncheck this. But be aware - if anybody knows the exact address of the page, it can still be accessed.

Page types

Parent (Collection)This is a parent page that does contain all child pages that where assigned to this page. In order to be available as a parent page, mark the page as Collection.
ChildThis is a page that is added to a parent page/collection.
Unassigned

A page that is not marked as Collection and therefore doesn't contain any child page. Such a page will share the same hierarchy level as parent pages within navigations.
